Why the RLC industry cannot be financially viable where there is due process, voter democracy!

It is becoming very obvious that the RLC industry cannot financially be viable where:

1.     Due process exist (where you are innocent till proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt).
2.    Where voters have the right to decide how they are governed. (IE Voter Referendums)

California is just the latest example of RLC industry dropping all pre-tense that safety is what this is really about.  

In California the RLC industry has been losing a lot of contracts over not only public discontent but over the fact that towns are tired of losing money.

Was ATS “involve” in helping St. Pete write the latest claim by city staff that RLC “work”???

Don’t think for a moment that Joe “Isuzu” of St. Pete IS NOT the only PUBLIC OFFICALS BUSTED PARADING QUESTIONABLE (HIDING) RLC safety claims.

Any Bets if the RLC vendors will "help" redo the NJ report make a CRASH INCREASE into a "decrease"????

Given what happen in Kansas City, MO earlier in 2012 where the police FOUND MORE WRECKS WITH RLC.
