(Redflex) I am currently taking any and all Redlight camera tickets. What I do is call redflex with your ticket number and tell them I was the one driving your vehicle that day and the ticket is then transferred to me. All you need to do is bring me the ticket and give me 25% of what the ticket was going to cost you. There is no worries after that, the ticket is then on me. I will call and have it transferred in my name right in front of you. So you can now get out of those redlight tickets for only 1/4 of what those greedy bastards were going to charge you. You see I am currently fighting against these guys as it is entrapment and unconstitutional to privatize police duties. So all of that money will be going toward lawyer fees and court fees. When I returned home, I found a red light camera ticket in the mail from your city. It clearly shows me turning right on red with no cross traffic and no one in the crosswalk, which I believe is legal in Texas. The only options I have to respond are to pay the erroneous ticket, or return to Port Lavaca for a hearing. Attempts to contact the issuing agency have been unsuccessful - the phone numbers supplied reach the private company that supplies the cameras. Needless to say, I am not coming to your town to argue this erroneous ticket. I will also not visit your city again because of this extortionary treatment I have received. I don't believe this is the impression you want visitors to have about your city.
