 The local photo-enforcement traffic camera issues on the Nov. 2011 ballot:

  •  South Euclid Voters : YES on Issue 97 to ban the cams
  •  East Cleveland Voters : YES on Issue 49 to ban the cams
  •  Garfield Heights Voters : NO on Issue 56 to forbid city hall from placing traffic cameras in school zones and recreational parks.
