I beat the ticket on appeal (CITY OF DAVENPORT vs Kenneth Tennant) Then I filed suit in US District Ct., Southern Iowa (3:10-cv-144) "Judge" Charles R. Wolle dismissed the defendant Scott CO. judges from suit saying Judges are above the law. I appealled to 8th Cir Ct of Appls in St Louis with two pages of case law that holds judges civilly liable where there is a clear absence of jurisdiction (according to CITY OF CEDAR RAPIDS vs ASTINGER, Iowa 2000, there must be a Verifiable Complaint on record in ALL criminal cases. There must be a claim of INJURY or DAMAGES.) Despite no VC, Judge Doug Wells ruled "Not guilty as charged" but then found me guilty of a trumped up charge that he claimed was "amended." He prosecuted from the bench in a case where he lacked jurisdiction. "Judges" MURPHY, ARNOLD & BENTON, of the 8th Cir Ct, on Dec 5, 2011 (yesterday) ruled in favor of the lower court frauds, violating their oaths of office, etc. (case 11-2663, Tennant vs Anderson)
