This is my refined federal arguments regarding speed limits (any traffic law) and federal supremacy.

Essentially this is a federal field and all laws must be uniform, fact based comply with due process per the incumbent field of science and the US Constitution (full face value), while being applied and adjudicated equally throughout the Land.

Ad hoc state vehicle codes, laws and penalties are void on their face and the USDOT standards are currently non compliant.

We have a similar case that has begun in California and I believe this is going to be real hard to defend against. California got off to rough start but we have decided to focus on the core issues so we are dropping several of our actions. This Nevada case is much cleaner and on point.

This is the first time I have my arguments fully articulated in a case being brought by someone in federal court who has the will, acumen and understanding of the arguments to succeed.

This is the big leagues and mere mortal pro se efforts taking on 2 states and the federal government is no small task.

Maybe a friend of the court from the NMA? I'm a witness (facts, not party) so I do not believe I can file one unless someone here know how I could do it.
