A KANSAS CITY CITIZEN PETITION INITIATIVE HAS BEEN FILED AND DISTRIBUTED IN ORDER TO GET RID OF RED LIGHT CAMERAS IN THIS COWTOWN!!!

These things usually go over HUGE with voters and one of the organizers tells us that she's confident that the less than 3k voters required to get this thing on the ballot will sign . . . Especially considering how many signatures Clay Chastain was able to get.

And this leads to the question . . .

DOES THE CITY COUNCIL HAVE THE GUTS TO PLAY THE ROLE OF TYRANT AND TAKE THIS INITIATIVE OFF THE BALLOT?!?!?

They've already removed Citizen Initiative Petitions TWICE . . . Clay was railroaded (LOL, I'm so clever) and I think they also gave the bum rush to some hippies.

Ward is reportedly a big part of this deal and she seems confident.

"We're going to get the signatures and this needs to be on the ballot," Tracy Ward said. "A lot of people just hate these cameras and the public must have a voice in whether or not Red Light Cameras continue in Kansas City."

Tracy is no stranger to this issue and now she is powered by a cadre of supporters who intend to put the fate of Kansas City Red-Light Cameras into the hands of voters.
