Reported Red Light Camera Errors and Malfunctions

This document will serve to summarize selected (limited) news stories and
personal investigation reporting or observing problems with automated forprofit
law enforcement more commonly known as red light cameras. These
were found over the course of two days using Internet searches.
Each report will be broken down into one of five (5) categories:

A. The wrong vehicle was ticketed.
B. The camera was not working when a crash took place.
C. The cameras are malfunctioning.
D. Ticketing vehicles when there was no violation or hazard.
E. Process errors.
