SPEED SCAMERA ALERT:  Toledo, OH might be using 7 mph or less trigger speeds on scameras.

Hi! I live in Toledo and these cameras make me hate my life sometimes. Its really frustrating when you get a speeding ticket for going 7 mph over the speed limit. Anyways, is there a Toledo page? And also, is there any way to get out of paying the ticket?

Ban the Cams comment:  Realize that in addition to playing games with low speed limits, other ways to chrun cash is to lower the trigger speeds to as low as 1 mph or less.  As this 1 km/h example out of Europe shows:  http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/32/3266.asp
