Cave man is a speeding hero

NICK Cave's latest hit has made him a local hero in his British seaside home town. Cave recently took out a speed camera erected by the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership with his Jaguar.
The unscathed Prince of Rock'n'Roll Darkness jokes the pole hit him.
"Ahem, it was the fault of the speed camera; it ran into me," he said.
"I have now become a local hero in Brighton because that speed camera has been the bane of everyone's existence.
"But now it has been bent in half and people keep wanting to buy me a pint."
Cave is heading home with his Grinderman outfit to terrorise the
Big Day Out stages and is confident his band is ready to challenge rock peers including Tool, Rammstein and Iggy Pop and the Stooges.
"Yeah we can, that's the thing. I don't know about [Tool or Rammstein], I don't know them but I saw Iggy six months ago and he was amazing. It was really exciting," Cave said.

Cave did admit to being somewhat envious of Rammstein's legendary pyro displays which in the past have included flames emanating from the pelvic region of frontman Till Lindemann.
"Damn! We want to do that," he said. Grinderman perform at the Big Day Out on January 26 and 27 and Enmore Theatre on January 28.
