Vigilantes spraypainted the lens of a speed camera in Le Tronquay, France on Monday. On Tuesday, a speed camera in Toulouse was toppled and its inner workings destroyed, La Depeche reported. http://www.ladepeche.fr/article/2011/02/11/1011034-Un-onzieme-radar-detruit.html   A pair of fifteen-year-olds rammed the device on the Henri Desbals Street with an Opel Corsa. Police happened to catch a suspect as he returned to the scene to retrieve his mobile phone. In the Haute-Garonne region, a total of eleven cameras have been attacked in the past year.
