As many of you no doubt have heard, the Fla House passed the Mark Wandall SCAMERA Bill.  Yesterday was a SHAMEFUL DAY in the Florida Legislature.

Legislators listened to lobbyist, NOT CONSTITUENTS!

But it seems LOBBYIST DOLLARS are more important than letting VOTERS DECIDE!
 

They can talk all the talk that this was for "safety", but it doesn't mean much when long term reports like The Andreassen Study with data from 1979 to 1989 in Australia COULDN'T PROVE RLC WORKED http://www.motorists.org/photoenforce/home/andreassen-study/ !   No they listen to a camera lobbyist pushing a 2007 Iowa report that in one town DIDN'T EVEN USE BEFORE OR AFTER CRASH DATA http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/25/2551.asp !
 

That is how much Tallahassee cares about your "safety".  No what they really cared about was your DOLLARS and how much they can budget for this!
 

This IS A TAX, when they are counting on long term violations (and camera companies require them too), IT IS A TAX!

Not if we stick together an SAY NO MORE TO RLC (and PHOTO ENFORCEMENT IN GENERAL).
