Dear Mr. Giambrone:

The Parish of Jefferson (the Parish) and Redflex Traffic Systems, Inc. (Redflex) entered into a contract to develop a Photo Red Light Enforcement Program. Redflex provided the equipment and processes to implement a digital photo red light system. The Parish provided authorized personnel to monitor identity and enforce red light violations. The contract began operation ai^ound October 2007 and was suspended as of March 2010. The contract's original expiration date was January 2012. Compensation was generally based on traffic citations and penalty fees collected by Jefferson Parish through its traffic enforcement system.

In connection with the proposed terinination of tlie contract between the Parish and Redflex, you have requested that we provide you with:

• A calculation of the amount of fees due to Redflex as compensation in accordance with Exhibit D of the conti'act for citation fees earned
• A schedule of the amount due to Redfiex in accordance witli Section 6 of the contract relating to unamortized costs and early temiination of the contract
• Such amovnits are included in Schedules attached to the report.
• The amounts are as follows:

Citation fees $ 4.705.561
Unamortized costs $ 249.030
