Saw that a new report is about to be released by Rice University showing how great the cameras have been (but it was made clear the study was not funded by ATS). Another desperate effort to spin data to make this program look successful.

Ban the Cams note:  We "wonder" why Rice made the "claim" ATS wasn't "involved".

WE know on the last one from Houston in 2008 the HPD and Mayors office then WAS involved!  http://www.thenewspaper.com/news/26/2675.asp

Regardless why don't we just file this under the Flavor of the Month RLC report. WE wonder will "Iowa" be next RLC "report"????

There seems to be a assembly line of  MONTHLY "reports" the scaemra side are "releasing" lately to try to protect the revenue scam! This year we have had reports from the IIHS (two of them), NCSR (ATS Front Group), Walden (TTI report) whose 2008 report was underminded by the Rice TTI report in 2008, and now "another" Rice Report. 

ATS (and scamera cohorts), you can keep doing more "reports" all you like, but we KNOW that most of your "violations" you cite for are TECHNICAL FOULS!   As others have said, for the SCAMERA SIDE "safety" claims, it reminds them of cigarette makers parading doctors decades ago to say smoking was "healthy".
