Red-Light Cameras Bust Wrong Driver -- Six Times!  (ATS review "mistake")

DUBLIN -- Red-light cameras. They're the eyes in the sky, helping cops bust law breaking drivers. But, sometimes red-light cameras don't always get the right man.

ABC6/Fox28 Consumer Investigator Tom Sussi exposes one of those cases. It’s a mystery that will leave you scratching your head.

"It's very frustrating," Joe Thomas told Sussi, referring to copies of tickets. About half a dozen in all that total $95.

Thomas, according to the violations, not only ran a red light -- but, did it six times.

"The red-light camera that supposedly caught Joe Thomas breaking the law is located right here in East Cleveland. More than 130 miles from Thomas' home in Dublin."

Thomas said, “I have never been to East Cleveland."

And, it’s merely the tip of the iceberg. Sussi recently got his hands on copies of the tickets.
