Palm Coast Continues RLC scam.

Despite claims that this is for "safety", money wins out in Palm Coast.  City to Continue RLC SCAM for now.

The city makes the usual claims of "safety" but no mention of facts. Just a generic police claim less accidents.  BUT NO MENTION OF WHAT THOSE WRECKS WERE!  NO BREAKDOWN!

How many were RLV RELATED BEFORE AND AFTER??? (NOT RIGHT ANGLE Which counts other kinds of wrecks that ARE NOT RLV RELATED see: http://www.thenewspaper.com/rlc/docs/2009/tx-bayax.pdf  Go check out the ones labled right angles.  NOTICE that NOT ALL ARE RLV RELATED.  IN fact RLR crashes WENT UP OVERALL, NOT DOWN in this report.  But if you just looked at "angles" it would say it went down.  FUNNY how the scamera sided doesnt like to mention this!  Ban the Cams will have a blog on this later this week!)
