Here we have proof that RLC don’t reduce collisions.  Further we have proof of a police department INTENTIONALLY manipulating the data to paint the picture THEY WANTED!

 

Further, let me point out that EVERY RLV COLLISION THEY SHOWED HAD A CAMERA PRESENT!  SO THE CAMERA  DIDN’T STOP THE CRASH!  THAT IS WHAT THOSE VIDEOS SHOW!

 

It is dishonest and despicable when you find the camera proponents resort to, well let’s face it, LYING BY OBMISSION of the data!
