LAS CRUCES City Council: No new red-light cameras

Just released last night, pay close attention to the crash data in the city's presentation: Overall crashes up 23%, injury crashes up 29%. Before/after stats from 3 RLC intersections ranging from 13-19 months of pre and post RLC data.

Another city stuck with a 5 year RLC contract.
