BanTheCams wanted to alert everyone that the IIHS is going to release on Monday (or Tuesday) a PHONY RLC study "claiming" that RLC were responsible for 159 lives "saved".

 WE all know the IIHS is manipulating stats by not telling everyone everything.

Here are the National Statistics.

 They are using date from 92 thru 96.  (92 was the middle of a recession).

 They are also using 2004 to 2008 to compare it with, which consider 2008 was beginning of another recession is downright dishonest!.
