If data doesn't show RLC work, "let ATS write the Executive Summary"!

Quote on the "report": 

“The vendor for the red light cameras has a substantial financial interest in propagating this technology across the country and in this community,” said Eapen Thampy. “They want to show you stats and data that shows you their products work and is safe and effective. Unfortunately we don’t think that’s the case, we don’t think the data supports that.”

Ban the cams note:  This ATS report has about as much meaning as a report done on securties misconduct done by Bernie Madoff!

IMAGINE THAT letting a private company whose contract is on the line help "write" the report on them.

Maybe this is why ATS representatives REFUSED TO TALK TO THE PRESS!
