HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM! "Judge" rules Democracy is "invalid". Ignores VOTERS in Houston!

"Judge" rules Democracy is "invalid".  Ignores VOTERS in Houston, for now!

There is a ole saying, some days you get the bear, some days the bear gets you.

Today is one of those days.

Does that mean we give up FIGHTING for THE RIGHT TO VOTE on the ISSUE!

NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When Tyrants have to resort to using the "law" to USURP THE RIGHT OF THE VOTERS TO DECIDE!  (It is fun reading the astro turf posters from the scamera side trying to "justify" ignoring the voters).

Than, WE HAVE A PROBLEM HOUSTON!

It is time for people to redouble their efforts!  BECOME EVEN MORE OF A PEST!

It is time Houston Citizens fight back against the SCAMERA Anti Democracy Machine!

Fight Back!   Think of Ghandi!   He and his followers didn't give up did they!

(May I suggest silly string!)

is that there is some very good news in the Judge's order for other cities. The judge expressly denied ATS's claim that a vote on the cameras is outside of the scope of the initiative process. ATS argued that citizens can't vote on "safety" issues like cameras. This means that any city that doesn't have a 30 day limit on referendums has a clear window to throw the cameras out. There are about 10 cities in Texas that will soon have petitions started and there is nothing ATS can do to stop it. The voices of the people will not be silenced.
