Perhaps this little gem is why the PD Transportation Writer apparently feels that he cannot write about the wrong doings of American Traffic Solutions, which I know for a fact he knows are occurring. Goldman Sachs owns 2 seats on the 7 member American Traffic Solutions Board of Directors- "Lee also previously said it would cede a 13 percent ownership stake to three creditors, Goldman Sachs, Monarch Master Funding Ltd., and Franklin Templeton/Mutual Quest Fund."
