Goldman Sacs (owner of scamera vendor ATS), gets partial ownership of St. Louis paper in bankuptcy.  (Will the paper "toe" the company line???)

Perhaps this little gem is why the PD Transportation Writer apparently feels that he cannot write about the wrong doings of American Traffic Solutions, which I know for a fact he knows are occurring. Goldman Sachs owns 2 seats on the 7 member American Traffic Solutions Board of Directors- "Lee also previously said it would cede a 13 percent ownership stake to three creditors, Goldman Sachs, Monarch Master Funding Ltd., and Franklin Templeton/Mutual Quest Fund."
