The most abusive quote is: "McAllister said the company wants to tie its wiring directly into the signal system and shed the camera that has to watch lights change color. Those cameras can miss a light change, especially if signals sway in the wind."
So what this likely means is ATS can just say "we say you ran the light" even though our photograph DOESN"T SHOW THE SIGNAL AT ALL! "TRUST US". Now how can that be "ABUSED"????
That will be a fun one for the courts won't it!
