ATS SOUGHT LAWSUIT CONSPIRACY

A recently disclosed American Traffic Solutions email shows the company sought to conspire with a city mayor “to use” a member of the community to sue to stop a public vote on the scam cameras.

American Traffic Solutions has demonstrated a disturbing ability to use their products and services as a trojan horse to hold cities financially hostage if they choose to “allow” voters to have an election:

A former vice president for an Arizona-based traffic enforcement-camera company last year tried to enlist Mukilteo’s mayor in finding somebody from the community “to use” in bringing a lawsuit that attempted to block a vote on an anti-camera initiative.

The evidence is in an email from Bill Kroske, then a top executive at American Traffic Solutions, Inc., the same company that is working to bring the cameras to Bellingham. The email was sent July 14, 2010, to Mukilteo Mayor Joe Marine.

The mayor said he ignored the message, but critics of the camera company say the email shows just how far the company was willing to go in trying to block voters from having a say on the devices…
 

The Goldman-Sachs controlled surveillance firm is no enemy to using the full force of municipalities to disrupt and intimidate activist opposition, even leading to unlawful arrests of perfectly lawful dissenters in the company’s home state of Arizona.

ATS’ recent actions indicate severe desperation in a time of financial uncertainty. Federal and state investigations must be launched into this rouge company’s vote supression and intimidation tactics across the United States.
