A contractor works to remove a red light camera at the intersection of Garth Road and Cedar Bayou-Lynchburg. The cameras are being removed as a result of the settlement of a lawsuit against the City of Baytown by the camera vendor, American Traffic Solutions. City spokeswoman Patti Jett said the work is not being done by city crews. “It’s the responsibility of ATS to remove the cameras,” she said. The man pictured declined to provide his name or the name of his company.
