Please check out the attached file called NCSR, this is the original NCSR filing with the MO Secretary of State. It proves indisputably that NCSR is ATS. This destroys their credibility as they no longer can claim an armslength arrangement. Territo, Tuton, Reagan, and Hittner are all on the Board of NCSR.
 

Does this perhaps raise any questions about their taxstatus or public relations efforts?
