It looks like towns in Pinellas County are hoping citizens don't challange illegally issued  right turn on red RLC tickets.  If you have one:

1.  Challange the ticket!

2.  Let Ban the CAMS know!  (copy of the video would be helpfull too!)

St Pete Driver:   Got some more information on red light camera citations in Pinellas County. The first red light camera citation appeals session was held in Pinellas a few weeks ago. If you are ticketed for right turn on red and you tap your breaks and are going 12mph or less you will get out of the ticket if you appeal it. That is the... definition of "careful and prudent" that they are using in traffic court for these. As for fines, it will cost you at least $300 to appeal if you lose(the extra $40 is a "witness fee") and up to $500 if you lose your appeal and you have a bad driving record.
