ATS to Launch Propaganda Campaign with Tampa and St. Pete Mayor's.

P.S.  If you read the comments I left my usual one (ON MY OWN TIME).  But If you notice someone name Perry, HE IS MOST LIKELY A ASTRO TURFER.  HE let out the Bag that I post on mutilple sites.  (I do of course to spread the word personally that RLC ARE A SCAM).  But "Perry" can only likely know this IF HE LIKELY DOES THE SAME THING.  Maybe he is "just" a "true believer", than again maybe not.  If he is one, I wonder WHAT "company" he might works for???

It is the usual claim of RLC "saves" lives.  SUREEE.

I remember the scamera side said that in LA.

What was the result of that one:

For example, one LAPD claim was that five fatal accidents occurred at specific intersections before the red-light cameras were installed, and none occurred after.

Reality: two of the five accidents were not red light related, he says, and a third involved a drunken driver who zipped through despite a camera there, mounted by a previous vendor. The fourth, "caused by a young distracted driver," likely would not have been prevented by a camera.

If anything the scamera side is consistent on their ATTEMPTS to mislead the public with the usual lies.

(These propaganda campaigns are normal for the scamera side.  Only later does the public tend to turn against them, like in Houston, TX or WA State).
