ATS likey does "surveys" to boost SCAM Take in New Port Richey.

If the past ATS Survey out of WA state is any indication, most of these will with be right turns or split second mistakes.

THE CITY should be required to POST THE ATS SURVEY (like this one out of WA state http://www.banthecams.org/Studies-Show/ats-mukilteo-survey-proves-most-of-the-qviolationsq-were-right-turns.html) and show:

1.  How many were right turns on red
2.  how many were split seconds THE KIND THAT LONGER AMBERS STOP
