Arnold MO RLC ticket numbers since LONGER AMBERS!  VIOLATIONS PLUMETT!

Wrong on Red on Facebook just got the number on Arnold's RLC scam after the ambers were lengthened:

I just received the May Red Light Camera Citation numbers from the City of Arnold. May was the first full month with the proper yellow light timing per the ITE standard. Citations went from 691 in Jan '11 to only 95 in the month of May '11. Looks like American Traffic Solutions and the City of Arnold will be losing hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wonder who ATS will sue?
