City of Arnold, MO was so hurting for red light camera revenue since WrongOnRed helped force MoDOT to properly time our yellows and ticket rates dropped almost 90% that they amended their RLC ordinance without a vote to issue Right on Red violations, which they previously claimed they did not do. Here are the new signs.
