Are the Scamera Astro Turf Loading polls in Davie, FL??

Davie wants out of it's ATS SCAMERA contract.  As the one Councilman  said:  "This is a horrible deal for the town and its residents," Councilman Marlon Luis said. "This is a contract set up for ATS to get rich on the backs of our citizens. We're fleecing our people. It smells to high heaven."

BUT THE REALLY INTERESTING PART WAS THE "POLL".

YOU SEE This Article on Davie wanting to cancel the RLC had a poll in it.

This article was posted at 12:04 a.m. EDT, July 28, 2011 had at 6:47 in the morning no post (until I left one), and 6,171 "pro camera" votes out of 11,098 in under 7 hours in the MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!  (BAN THE CAMS HAS PICTURES OF IT!)  See Attached file.

UPDATED 6:00 pm:     I checked two more times today, once at 12:54 pm (Lunch) 7/28/2011, and again at 5:21 pm (Dinner). 

THERE WERE ONLY 77 more VOTES SINCE BREAKFEST!

Lest you think it is some "accident" think again.  It happen in WA state:

"There’s also the strange thing that happened when the Sherwoods went on vacation for a week. They have a “poll” on their website that asks visitors if they think cameras are about safety or money. When they left, it stood at 30 for safety and 700 for money. When they got back, it was 930 for safety. They traced the extra 900 votes to a single computer server in India. It used a program to change the IP address by one digit each time a vote was cast. Same thing happened with a similar poll on an anti-camera website in Baytown, Texas."

It is even more interesting that is occured not even 24 hours after ATS LOST THE LA CONTRACT!

Am I "accusing" ATS of "loading" this poll????  No comment.

But the fact that his poll was likely majorily LOADED in under 7 hours in the middle of the night when most people are sleeping proves SOMEONE VERY LIKELY DID!

I wonder who????  I will let www.banthecams.org readers make up their own mind.
