I never thought I would say this, but I want to thank City of Arnold, MO and American Traffic Solutions for being so incredibly greedy and corrupt. Had you not shortened your yellow lights to provide such a stark example before MoDOT snuck in and lengthened them on you unknowingly ;-), this bill might not have passed. There was nothing for scamera supporters to argue when they were shown that red light camera violations magically dropped 90% overnight. Even they had to admit is was a complete fraud. If you need help removing the systems, I have a sledge hammer, a truck, and a De-gaussing Coil in the event you just need their electronics fried so you can collect the insurance and at least make some money off the installations. Or, we can just stand around and watch you hemorrhage cash and laugh our asses off. Your choice.
