The Conference Cmte Substitute for HB430 was passed without both the Speed Camera Language, and unfortunately without the standardized yellow light language was well, due to the fact that Sen. Bill Stouffer, who will be running for Secretary of State, caved to the desires of the Missouri Municipal League and special interests making money by placing our families in jeopardy, all to raise municipal revenues.
