MO Senate sneaking speed scamera bill into Transportation bill.

"The Missouri Senate approved an amendment on HB430 (Omnibus Transportation Bill) that would authorize the use of Speed Cameras in certain zones. Currently, there is no authorizing legislation authorizing the use of the cameras anywhere. Wha...t this does is let the camel's nose under the tent. The amended version of HB430 would still have to go through Ways and Means and be approved by the House prior to 6:00 this Friday. Let me know if that does not clarify."
