ATS at it Again, TRYING TO OVERTURN PUBLIC VOTER BAN OF RLC in BAYTOWN, TX!!!! (To give the city a "break" in settlement).

",,just discovered that as part of the settlement between Baytown and ATS they are asking the judge to sign an order declaring our election void. The council sold the results of our election for a reduced settlement amount. The judge doesn't have to sign this order and hopefully doesn't. If you want to tell the right person to not throw out your vote don't worry about contacting your council member, contact the Judge's clerk, and remind him he is up for re election next year. Throwing out a popular election is not a way to serve the people. Ask him to not sign away our election. You can see the document Baytown and ATS filed in the court, signed by both the Baytown city attorney and the ATS attorney. "

Ban the CAMS NOTE: Seems ATS wants Baytown to ignore the voters decision in breaking the scamera contact.  This is an attempt no doubt by ATS in trying to prevent future voters bans of RLC.  (It won’t work, but that is what they are doing).
